Family Yoga

This kid-centered, age-appropriate yoga practice is a great way for children and their grownups to connect through creative movement, music, games, and breathwork. Expect an upbeat, playful class that also helps to build skills in self-regulation, social-emotional awareness, and mindfulness.  This class is designed with the younger yogi in mind (ages 2-5), but children of any age are welcome.

My family yoga classes are designed with many goals in mind, but the main priority is threefold:

  • To provide a safe space for children to express and connect with their authentic self.
  • To provide an opportunity for children and their grownups to connect.
  • To make the principles of yoga and their benefits accessible to children of all ages.
